Bearing Everbridge Integration for Critical Event Escalation

This demo walks through how Bearing integrates with EverBridge's VCC (Virtual Command Center) to streamline critical event escalation.

  • When an operator identifies a significant alert in EverBridge VCC, they can escalate it directly to Bearing with a single click using a custom action.

  • Once confirmed, a physical security incident is automatically created in Bearing, pulling in all relevant information from the VCC alert including the title, description, detected time, event time, impacted locations, and the source.

  • The incident is also automatically categorized and linked to the appropriate protected asset based on pre-configured Everbridge-to-Bearing mappings.

  • From there, security teams can leverage Bearing's full workflow capabilities, including searching for relevant playbooks or knowledge articles via Agent Assist, adding attachments, and creating tasks for other groups to manage the critical event end to end.
