Executive Travel Management

This demo showcases Bearing's Executive Travel feature, which consolidates the entire executive travel request process into a single streamlined experience.

• From the Employee Center, a requester can submit a travel request on behalf of an executive, capturing all relevant details including flight number, departure and arrival dates, transportation, and hotel information.

• Once submitted, an Event Security Incident record is automatically generated with all request data flowing directly into it, giving security and operations teams full visibility from day one with no manual data entry.

• Additional trip details can be added post-submission and remain tied to the incident record for easy reference.

• The result is a faster, more organized process that brings operational efficiency and security oversight together in one place.
