User Guide: CCURE Boomi Authentication Support

Overview

The CCURE integration now supports authentication through Boomi: an optional custom HTTP header carrying a Boomi API_KEY token can be included in CCURE API requests. All existing endpoints, payloads, authentication mechanisms, and response handling are unchanged — the custom header is the only addition. (Equivalent custom-header support is planned for the Genetec integration to standardize this approach.)

For Integration Administrators

  1. Confirm your Boomi endpoint is configured to accept and validate requests containing the API_KEY header.
  2. In the Bearing CCURE integration configuration, set the Boomi API_KEY so it is sent as the custom header on CCURE requests.
  3. Test a CCURE operation (e.g., an access level change) to confirm authenticated requests succeed via Boomi.
