User Guide: Guard Tour Notification Changes

Overview

Guard tours are assigned to groups and can run multiple times per day — which previously meant dozens of assignment emails. Email notifications for guard tour assignment are being removed, while notifications for site security assessments are preserved.

What's New

  • Guard tour assignment no longer floods assignees with email notifications.
  • Site security assessment notifications continue to work as before.
  • Documentation is provided for configuring conditions on global notifications, so onboarding teams can tune which assessment-related notifications each group receives.
