User Guide: PSI Access Rules Visibility
Overview
PSI access rules (set at the category, subcategory, or record level) have always worked behind the scenes — but agents could not see who had access to an incident as a result of those rules, which led to duplicated work when agents manually added people who already had automated access.
What's New
- A new read-only "PSI Access Rules" related list on the PSI incident record displays all category- and subcategory-level access rules currently affecting the record.
- The PSI Access Rules list is informational only: it shows who has read/write access to the incident and why.
- The existing "Can Access" tab is unchanged — it remains the actionable, record-specific place to add access overrides.
- Use the related list to check effective access before adding anyone manually via Can Access.
How It Works

- The existing "Can Access" tab is unchanged — it remains the actionable, record-specific place to add access overrides.
