User Guide: Site Security Assessment Remediation Tasks
Overview
When a Site Security Assessment associated with a PS Operation is completed, Bearing now automatically creates remediation PS Tasks from failed answers — so findings identified during site assessments are tracked, assigned, and remediated instead of living only in the assessment result.
What's New
- Automatic task creation — failed assessment controls generate remediation PS Tasks, conditionally based on the survey answers, once the survey is complete.
- Attached to the operation — every generated task is attached to the PS Operation linked to the assessment (never created standalone).
- Finding-based remediation catalog — predefined mappings translate failed questions into named remediation tasks across categories including Access Control, Surveillance/Cameras, Perimeter Security, Intrusion Detection/Alarms, Emergency Preparedness, and Compliance & Documentation. Examples:
- Supported answer types for conditions: Yes/No, compliance scales (Non-Compliant → Fully Compliant), and numeric rating scales.
