User Guide: User Criteria Creation from the Workspace

Overview

SOC Admins can now create new user criteria directly from the Bearing workspace, without needing to hand the task to a platform administrator.

How to Use

1. In the Workspace configuration area, open the user criteria section.
2. Click to create a new user criteria record, define its conditions, and save.
3. Apply the criteria where needed (e.g., knowledge/catalog visibility).
